Creator Hub: How to Manage Multiple Profiles, Personas, and Social Connections
Table of Contents
In Sprout Social Influencer Marketing’s Creator Hub, you can manage multiple creator identities, secondary niche channels, or distinct client rosters under a single user login.
This guide explains the difference between your global User Account and individual Creator Profiles, how to create and switch between multiple profiles, and how to connect social channels to each identity.
Understanding Accounts vs. Profiles
To keep your campaigns, brand communications, and deliverables organized, Creator Hub uses a two-tier structure:
User Account (Global): Your central login credentials, security settings (password, Two-Factor Authentication), language preferences, and tax/payout setup (Lumanu / PayPal).
Creator Profile (Context-Specific): An individual creator sandbox. Each profile contains its own connected social handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, X), active campaign proposals, draft submissions, delivery addresses, and brand direct message threads.
When to Use Multiple Profiles
Multi-Niche Creators: Keep separate creative identities organized (e.g., a main Lifestyle & Beauty profile on Instagram vs. a dedicated Gaming & Tech profile on YouTube/Twitch) without mixing campaign contracts or briefs.
Talent Managers & Agents: Manage multiple talent clients from a single secure login without asking talent for their personal platform credentials.
Co-Creators / Podcasters: Keep personal creator channels separate from joint podcast or shared brand channels.
Step 1: Add a New Creator Profile
To create an additional profile under your existing Creator Hub account:
Log in to Creator Hub at app.tagger.media.
Click your Profile Avatar or Manage Profiles in the navigation menu.
Click + Add Profile.
Enter a name for the new profile (e.g., Alex Rivera - Tech Channel).
Follow the prompt to authenticate the first social media channel (e.g., YouTube or TikTok) for this new persona.
Click Create Profile.
Step 2: Switch Between Profiles (Context Switching)
Creator Hub operates in the context of one active profile at a time. When you switch profiles, your entire workspace updates automatically:
Click your Profile Avatar or Manage Profiles.
Locate the profile you want to work in and click Switch.
-
Workspace Updates:
Home Dashboard: Displays upcoming tasks and due dates for the active profile only.
Campaigns Tab: Shows only proposals, hired contracts, and deliverables assigned to that specific profile.
Messages Tab: Loads only the direct message threads between brands and that specific profile.
Step 3: Add and Manage Social Connections per Profile
Each profile can connect multiple social channels (e.g., an Instagram account, a TikTok handle, and a YouTube channel that all belong to the same persona):
Switch into the target profile you wish to update.
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the bottom-left corner.
Under Profile Settings, select Connections.
Click Connect next to the platform you want to link (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X).
Log in through the native social network prompt to authorize first-party metric sharing.
Note: A specific social media account handle can only be connected to one Creator Hub profile at a time. If you need to move a handle to a different profile, disconnect it from the current profile first under
Settings→Connections.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
If I manage multiple talent profiles, do payouts go to separate bank accounts?
Payout methods configured through the Payments Suite (via Lumanu or PayPal) are attached to the overarching User Account. If individual talent clients require direct payouts to separate banking accounts, each creator should maintain their own independent Creator Hub account and invite managers as collaborators.
Can brands see all of my other connected profiles?
No. Brands only have visibility into the specific profile that accepted their campaign proposal or connected to their campaign. Brands cannot see other profiles, social channels, or contracts associated with your account.
How do I delete a secondary profile without deleting my main account?
Switch into the secondary profile you want to remove.
Navigate to Settings → Profile Settings.
Scroll down and click Delete Profile.
Confirm deletion.
(This removes the specific profile and unlinks its connected social accounts, while leaving your main user login and remaining profiles active.)
