Creators can have multiple emails attached to their profile and change which email they want to use as their primary. You can update or add email addresses from either the details tab or within a campaign when sending a message.
Once a creator has confirmed their email address through the Sprout Social Creator Hub, their email can no longer be edited from the organization’s side. The creator has to change it through their Creator Hub account.
Changing a creator’s email in their profile
To update a creator’s email in their Influencer Marketing profile, follow the steps below:
1. Click a creator’s profile and click Details.
2. Scroll down to Organization Defaults and click the Email Address field.
3. Change or add an email address, then click Update.
Changing a creator’s email in a campaign
To update a creator’s email in a campaign, follow the steps below:
- Open a campaign and click on the Creators tab.
- Click on a creator and navigate to the message window.
- Hover next to the creator’s email and click the pencil icon.
- Edit the email address. Any change will be automatically saved.
