With Sprout’s Dropbox Sign integration, you can easily generate and send contracts to your creators as part of your Influencer Marketing workflow. As part of several data security updates and to future-proof against potential API changes, you’ll need to connect your own Dropbox Sign account to Influencer Marketing.
You can only connect one Dropbox Sign account to Influencer Marketing so we recommend creating an organization-level account that is available to authorized users within your organization.
Enabling the Dropbox Sign integration in Influencer Marketing
To connect your organization’s Dropbox Sign account to Influencer Marketing, you’ll need to enable the Dropbox integration in settings.

FAQs
How do I access the Influencer Marketing contracts in Dropbox Sign?
Log in to the Dropbox Sign account that's connected to Influencer Marketing and click on Documents on the left panel. All contracts created will appear here.
You can also access details directly from the Influencer Marketing platform. Navigate to the Creators tab in a campaign and click on any creator. In the right hand panel, click View next to Contract and click View Contract.
What happens to contracts that were previously sent via Influencer Marketing?
All contracts sent by Influencer Marketing are supported and fully functional, regardless of when they were sent. You can view and access older contracts in Influencer Marketing by navigating to any creator attached to your campaign. Notifications regarding signature status changes will be delivered as usual.
If your contracts were sent before 2023, they may not be available in your organization’s Dropbox Sign account but you can still access and view them in Influencer Marketing.
