Influencer Marketing: What information is contained in a Creator's Profile?

Creator Profiles in Influencer Marketing provide a comprehensive view of the content, performance, and past collaborations of specific creators. You can use the Profile to efficiently and effectively evaluate potential partnerships.

How do I navigate a Creator Profile?

You can take a deep dive into a creator's Profile by using Search, List, Report, or Campaign tabs. Click on a creator to see a popup of their Profile.

Within the Profile, you’ll see the following information at-a-glance:

  • Brand Fit Score - the value indicating how well the Creator’s content aligns with your brand.
  • Topics they talk about - AI-powered tags that categorize the Creator’s most discussed themes, so you can decide how relevant their content is.
  • Analytics - a quick breakdown of performance insights, including engagement rate, audience growth, and content effectiveness.
  • Collaborations - a summary of past brand partnerships along with sponsored post performance.
  • Brand Safety - a sum of the total sensitive posts the Creator has that violate the Brand Safety guidelines you set. 

You can click into any of these sections to drill down into more specific insights and information.

Navigating a Profile

  1. Open a creator’s profile from any context (Search, List, Report or Campaign).
  2. Review the Brand Fit Score and Topics for a quick alignment check.
  3. Explore Analytics to assess engagement and audience trends.
  4. Check Collaborations for past brand partnerships.
  5. Review Brand Safety and Best Performing Posts for a complete evaluation.

Data Refresh Timing and Manual Updates

Data displayed within the Creator Profile is updated on a regular schedule to ensure accuracy and freshness.

  • By default, the platform refreshes the data for connected Creator Profiles regularly. However, we recommend allowing up to 20 minutes for new data or newly connected profiles to fully reflect the most recent insights.
  • Customers can manually pull the most recent data on demand by selecting the Refresh option located within the Creator Profile. To do so, click the ellipsis (...) icon within the Basic Information component.

FAQs

How often is the data in a Creator Profile updated? 

Data is automatically refreshed on a scheduled basis approximately every 20 minutes. You can also manually refresh the data at any time using the Refresh option on the profile page to pull the absolute most recent insights.

Where can I find the Creator Profile within Influencer Marketing?  

You can access a Creator Profile by clicking on a creator's name from the Search, Creator List, Report, or Campaign tabs.

What does the Brand Fit Score measure?  

The Brand Fit Score is an AI-driven metric that calculates how closely a Creator's content topics and themes align with the content and keywords of your specific brand.

I have just added a Creator account to Influencer Marketing, but no data is showing. How can I fix it?

If you’ve recently added a profile, please allow up to 24 hours for our platform to gather the Creator’s data.
