You can customize different elements in your Profile One-Sheet to highlight insights and share additional details. For more information on how to access the One-Sheet Builder, read this article.
To add an element to your Profile One-Sheet, click + . To remove an element, click the trash icon.
Profile
You can add a profile section to the report by clicking Profile and selecting additional details to include like a photo, social platforms or a bio.
Photo
To add a photo for the creator, click + next to Photo on the left panel. You can choose from the following options for uploading a photo:
- Global default - Pulls a photo directly from one of the creator’s linked social accounts
- Organizational default - Uses the photo an organization member uploaded as the custom photo for that creator
- Custom - Add or drag in a custom photo of the creator
Details
Determine what details from a creator’s profile you want to appear in this section. You can include details like:
- Name - The profile’s name on Influencer Marketing
- Location and gender - The location and gender of the profile
- Website - Display the website associated with the selected profile
- Platforms - Show the social platforms associated with the profile. Use the drop-down to customize which platforms to show
- Tier - Display the selected profile’s tier based on their follower size
- Category - Display the selected profile’s category within Influencer Marketing.
- Email - Show the selected profile’s email associated with their linked social accounts or added in manually by someone in your organization
- Followers - Show a profile’s total number of followers
- Authentic Follower Analysis - Display a profile’s authentic follower analysis score
Platforms
View metrics surrounding the creator's connected social platforms by clicking + next to Platforms.
Choose from the following metrics:
- Follower Count - Total number of followers per platform
- 90d Change - Toggle ON or OFF the chart that shows the change in followers per platform over 90 days
- Growth Rate - Growth rate for each platform based on generalized percentiles
- ER - Engagement rate for each platform for the selected profile
- Platform Tier - Tiers based on follower count for a selected profile’s social platforms
Bio
Include a bio for the selected profile by clicking + next to Bio and choose from one of the following:
- Global Default - Bio is pulled directly from one of the profile’s attached social media accounts
- Organizational Default - Bio is customized against the organization default settings and is pulled from a selected profile’s About page
- Custom - Create a custom bio directly within One-Sheet Builder
Mentions By Category
You can choose to display a profile’s mentions by Influencer Marketing Category, with categories like:
- About Profile - Displays the mentions made about the selected profile
- By Profile - Show mentions made by the selected profile
- Profile Type - Choose between mentions made about or by a brand profile or individual profiles
- Posts - Determine what data you want to show regarding sponsored or organic content
- Number of Top Categories - Select the number of categories displayed in the section
Twitch Metrics
If a profile has a Twitch account, you can determine which Twitch metrics to display in your One-Sheet.
Audience
You can choose to display demographic data for the selected Profile. Demographic fields are pulled from either Instagram, X, YouTube or Snapchat data.
Age
Show the age breakdown of a profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph or table.
Gender
Show the gender breakdown of a profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph or table.
Location
Show the location breakdown of a profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph or table. Choose from different location levels including countries, cities, U.S. states, Canadian provinces and Brazilian states.
Content
You can choose which content from a selected profile to display in your One-Sheet. All of the following content fields can be sourced from Instagram, X or YouTube data.
Content
Hand select specific content from a creator to display in your One-Sheet.
Engagement by Platform
This section shows the content with the highest engagement. You can also click Manual to choose what content is shown and customize the number of posts and content to include.
Display the selected profile’s engagement performance by platform either in the form of a bar graph or a list.
Graph
- Change Platforms - Select the social platform where engagement data is pulled from

Toggle Benchmark - Display the benchmark next to the selected profile’s engagement metrics
- When calculated, this benchmark accounts for follower count and Profile Category
- Toggle Legend - Include a legend that indicates which color on the graph pertains to profile data and which is associated with benchmark data
- Change Metric - Determine the formula for calculating engagement for different content types
- Post Type - Decide between organic and sponsored content.
- Sort by - Sort information using a variety of sort functions
List
- Change Platforms - Select the social platform where engagement data is pulled from
- Post Type - Decide between organic and sponsored content
- Sort by - Sort information using a variety of sort functions
- Choose Columns - Customize the columns that show in the list
- Choose Content Types - Show the native content types for a specific platform
Most Discussed Categories
Show the categories the creators talks about the most on social and customize how many categories to show for a brand or creator profile.
Custom
You can add custom sections consisting of an image or text. Add a textbox with custom text or add custom images.
Settings Gear
The default view within One-Sheet Builder is the Library View which displays all the applicable metrics in the toolbar to the left. To access your One-Sheet settings, click the gear icon labeled Settings.
You can change the color scheme of your One-Sheet, choosing from a set of pre-determined colors or by visiting this website to use customized colors. After you’ve selected your colors, copy the HEX code and paste it in the box after the #.
In Settings, you can adjust the following elements:
- Primary Color - The color of the top value on any graphs as well as any clickable links
- Secondary Color - The color of any secondary values on graphs
- Border Color - Change the color of any borders applied around the One-Sheet sections
- Primary Font - Title fonts used throughout your One-Sheet
- Secondary Font - Content fonts used throughout your One-Sheet

Always Show Grid - When toggled ON, the grid will always appear in the One-Sheet
- By default this is toggled OFF and will only show a grid when a user hovers over the One-Sheet
- Auto-Reorder Grid - When toggled ON, elements will automatically reorder themselves when you move one to a different spot on the grid.
- Swap Items - When toggled ON, you can swap the place of one item on the grid for another of the same size.
Auto-Resize Adjacent Items - When toggled ON, resizing an element larger than the surrounding grid spaces will automatically shrink the nearby elements.
