Influencer Marketing: Campaign One-Sheet Builder

Create a report that’s specific to your business needs, highlighting the most important data points that support the stories you want to tell. With Influencer Marketing’s One-Sheet Builder, you can customize reports to your liking and easily share these findings with your stakeholders.
Create a One-Sheet Report
To access the One-Sheet Builder, click More in the left panel and click One-Sheet Builder.
Click + New One-Sheet in the upper-right corner and then click Campaign in the pop-up.
Create a Campaign One-Sheet
When you click + New One-Sheet, you’ll have the following options to create your One-Sheet:
- Create a new template
- Select from one of Influencer Marketing’s templates
- Start a blank report
Create a new Template
To build your own One-Sheet template from scratch:
1. Navigate to the One-Sheet Builder and click + New One-Sheet > + Create new Template.
2. Click Campaign from the Type drop-down.
3. Name the new template.
- You can use the blank report to fully customize a Campaign One-Sheet Template.
4. Click Continue to customize your template.
5. Click Save when finished to save your template.
Use an Influencer Marketing Template
There are six Influencer Marketing Templates available:
- Campaign Engagement Template - Tell an in-depth story of your campaign by breaking out performance and posts by social channel.
- Campaign Horizontal Template - Highlight campaign statistics and top-performing posts in one horizontal layout.
- Campaign Vertical Template - Intended as a campaign wrap-up, highlight campaign statistics and top-performing posts in this vertical layout.
- Campaign Summary Template - Mimics the Influencer Marketing default summary layout and highlights campaign creators by engagement rate.
- Campaign Default Summary - Provide a campaign overview in a layout that resembles the Influencer Marketing campaign summary.
- Campaign Media Template - Highlight your campaign content in a grid layout.
Once you’ve identified the template you’d like to use, click the template card, enter the name of the One-Sheet and click the campaign to feature.
You can't remove Influencer Marketing templates from the One-Sheet Builder dashboard.
To remove a custom template created by a user within the organization:
1. Hover over the template card and click the ellipsis (three-dots).
2. Click Move to Trash to remove the template.
You can edit a template by clicking on the campaign card.
Start from a Blank One-Sheet
In the One-Sheet Builder, you can create new reports entirely from scratch. To create a One-Sheet from a blank template:
- Navigate to the One-Sheet Builder and click + New One-Sheet.
- Click Blank One-Sheet > + Create One-Sheet.
- Select Campaign from the Type drop-down menu.
- Enter the name of your One-Sheet and select the campaign you want to include.
- Click Continue.
To edit your One-Sheet, click Edit in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Customize your Campaign One-Sheet
There are four icons within One-Sheet Builder that populate over every section when you’re in the editing mode:
- Trash can - Delete the specified item or page.
- Pencil - Edit the specified window.
- Clicking this icon will bring up a panel on the left that shows the different metrics you can edit for that section.
- Duplicate - Create an exact copy of the selected section or page.
- When you duplicate an entire page, that page will be reproduced as the final page of the One-Sheet.
- Lock - Lock a window in place.
- Locked windows will remain in place even if you reformat the One-Sheet.
With One-Sheet’s flexibility, users can highlight specific metrics, content and influencers in their reports that prioritize the KPIs their stakeholders value the most.
Campaign One-Sheet Builder: Library
Click Campaign from the One-Sheet Builder Library on the left panel.
Select from the following Library sections to add to the Campaign One-Sheet.
Details
Click + next to Details to include the following information in the Details section of your One-Sheet:
- Name - The name of the Campaign One-Sheet
- Campaign Hashtags - Display any hashtags associated with the campaign
- Campaign Duration - Show the date range of the campaign
- Brand Name - Display the name of any brands supported by the campaign
- Campaign Description - Include the description outlined in the Campaign Details
Brand
Add the brand's logo by clicking + next to Brand in the One-Sheet Builder Library. You have several options to edit the logo:
- Use the default brand logo or upload a new photo
- Scale or resize the logo to fit the element window
- Display a caption for the logo
- Add borders to the logo element
Performance
One-Sheet gives you the option of displaying campaign performance metrics as a graph or list. You can edit the performance window in several ways:
- View As - Determine if the information is displayed as a graph or a list presented in a table
- Choose Series - Select which metrics will appear in the graph or table
- Date Range - Select the date range from which the campaign data is pulled
Breakdown
To include a closer look at the metrics associated with each platform, click Breakdown. You can edit platform windows in the following ways:
- Select Columns - Select the metrics to display within the platforms window of the Campaign One-Sheet
- Choose Platforms - Select the platforms to display in your One-Sheet
- Show Table Totals - Choose whether or not to display totals for each column in the final row of the table
- Date Range - Select the date range from which the campaign data is pulled
Metrics
Customize the metrics shown in the metrics window. You can edit the metrics in several ways:
- View As - View the metrics window as tables or as a list
- Number of Grid Columns - Choose how many columns to display your campaign metrics
- Edit the tables included in the Metrics window:
- Trash Icon - Delete data from a selected table
- + - Add additional metrics to display in a table
- + Add Section - Add another section or table to include in the metrics window of your One-Sheet
- Date Range - Select the date range from which the campaign data is pulled
Creators
Include a Top Creators or a Creator Overview section by clicking + next to Creators from the Campaign Report Library.
Top Creators
Click + next to Top Creators to include the best performing creators in your One-Sheet.
You can edit the information displayed in the Top Creators window in several ways:
- Select Layout - Select either a horizontal or vertical layout to showcase creators
- Number of Grid Columns - Choose the number of columns to display your creators
- Choose Elements - Edit the information included in the Top Creators section
- Show Group - Include the campaign groups a creator belongs to
- Choose Creator Selection Mode - Either manually or automatically add top creators based on user-chosen metrics
- Number of Creators - Determine how many creators to include in the One-Sheet
- Sort By - Sort your list of creators by different campaign metrics
- Filters - Refine your list of creators based on the available filters
Creators Overview
In addition to highlighting top creators, you can also include an overview of specific campaign creators.
You can edit the information in your creator overview in several ways:
- Choose Elements - Select which information to display alongside the campaign creators
- Choose Creator Selection Mode - Determine how and which creators will be added to the One-Sheet
- Number of Creators - Choose how many creators to feature from your campaign
- Sort By - Determine how creators are sorted in the One-Sheet
- Filters - Refine the list of creators using the available filters
- Date Range - Select the date range from which the campaign data is pulled
Content
Edit which content elements appear in your campaign One-Sheet by clicking the caret next to Content in the left panel.
You can add and edit the following content elements in three ways:
- Top Content - Show the top-performing content from the featured campaign
- Content Overview - Include a summary of campaign content at a glance
- Content by Creator - Highlight campaign content organized by creator
Top Content
You can edit the information displayed within the Top Content window by clicking the pencil icon that appears when you hover over the element.
- Choose Layout - Choose between a vertical or horizontal layout
- Number of Grid Columns - Determine how many grid columns to display
- Choose Metrics - Select the metrics to display alongside top content
- Truncate Captions - Include either full or shortened versions of content captions
- Choose Content Selection Mode - Either display content manually or have Influencer Marketing automatically pull in top content
- Manage Content - Click Manage Content to give users the ability to manually sort, filter and select campaign content
- Number of Posts - Determine the number of posts to display in the One-Sheet
- Sort By - Organize campaign content using the available sort by options
- Filters - Refine campaign content using Influencer Marketing filters
- Date Range - Select the date range from which the campaign data is pulled
Content Overview
Give stakeholders a high-level overview of your campaign content by clicking Content Overview from the Campaign One-Sheet Library.
You can edit the information displayed within the Content Overview window in several ways:
- Choose Elements - Select which information to display alongside the campaign creators
- Choose Content Selection Mode - Either display content manually or have Influencer Marketing automatically pull in top content
- Manage Content - Click Manage Content to give users the ability to manually sort, filter and select campaign content
- Number of Posts - Determine the number of posts to display in the One-Sheet
- Sort By - Organize campaign content using the available sort by options
- Filters - Refine campaign content using Influencer Marketing filters
- Date Range - Select the date range from which the campaign data is pulled
Content by Creator
To organize campaign content by creator, click Content by Creator in the One-Sheet Library.
You can edit the Content by Creator window in several ways:
- Choose Elements - Select which information to display alongside the campaign creators
- Show Group - Include the campaign groups a creator belongs to
- Choose Creator Selection Mode - Either manually or automatically add top creators based on user-chosen metrics
- Number of Posts - Determine the number of posts to display in the One-Sheet
- Sort By - Organize campaign content using the available sort by options
- Filters - Refine campaign content using Influencer Marketing filters
- Date Range - Select the date range from which the campaign data is pulled
Custom
You can add custom Text or Image windows to the Campaign One-Sheet by clicking Custom in the One-Sheet Library.
Text
You can add a block for custom text.
Image
You can add a block to upload a custom image.
