FAQs

Why do some posts show Estimated Views while others show Actual Views?

The platform prioritizes Actual Views pulled directly from the social network API once the creator connects their profiles to Influencer Marketing.
Estimated Views are only used as a fallback when the social platform either does not provide a view metric for that post type or if the creator has not granted the necessary connection permissions to pull that specific metric.

Can I turn off the use of Estimated Metrics?

No. Estimated Views are a core part of the Influencer Marketing platform's data engine, ensuring complete campaign performance measurement. You can, however, adjust the benchmark percentages in Organization Settings > Metrics > Estimated Views to a lower or higher value to better reflect your specific campaign needs.

Does changing the benchmark tiers update past campaign reports?

Yes. Adjustments made to the Estimated Views/Impressions tiers and percentages in Organization Settings are applied retroactively to all existing posts and campaign reports that rely on these benchmark metrics. This ensures all historical data aligns with your current performance standards.
