For in-depth insights on a profile or campaign that you’re working on, you can create a Profile One-Sheet in Influencer Marketing.
To get started:
- Click More in the left panel and click One-Sheet Builder.
- Click + New One-Sheet from the top-right corner.
- Click Profile to create a Profile One-Sheet.
- You can create a One-Sheet starting from a Blank One-Sheet, a new template or from an Influencer Marketing template.
How do I create a blank Profile One-Sheet?
- Hover over the Blank One-Sheet card and click + Create One-Sheet.
- Enter a name for your report and click Continue.
- Customize your report using the One-Sheet Builder features. You can save your progress at any time to create a new One-Sheet template.
How do I save a One-Sheet as a template?
To save a One-Sheet as a template, click the ellipsis in the upper-right and click Save as Template during the editing stage. You’ll be prompted to enter a new name for the template.
What default templates are available?
There are five default templates available:
- Profile Default Template - Highlights a selected profile and closely resembles the Overview tab on a profile
- Profile Content Template - Highlights the selected profile’s content and health metrics
- Profile Graph Template - Display a variety of profile metrics as a graph
- Profile Notes Template - Include custom notes about a specific profile
- Profile Column Template - Display profile information and metrics in a vertical column
How do I create a new One-Sheet from a template?
To create a new One-Sheet from a template:
- Click the template card you want to use and click + Use Template.
- Name the report and click Continue.
- Click + Add a Creator. You can then:
- Import from Campaign
- Import from Creator Lists
- Select Profiles
Influencer Marketing templates can't be removed from the One-Sheet Builder dashboard. To remove a template you or someone in your organization created:
- Hover over the template card and click the ellipsis.
- Click Move to Trash.
How do I use the icons in the One-Sheet Builder to customize my report?
There are four icons in the One-Sheet Builder that populate over every section within the Profile Report.
- Trash can - Delete the specified item or page.
- Pencil - Edit the specified window.
- Clicking this icon will bring up a panel on the left that shows the different metrics you can edit for that section.
- Duplicate - Create an exact copy of the selected section or page.
- When you duplicate an entire page, that page will be reproduced as the final page of the One-Sheet.
- Lock - Lock a window in place.
- Locked windows will remain in place even if you reformat the One-Sheet.
