- Navigate to the Campaign Settings and click Creator Flow.
To share the product fulfillment module with a creator, the Agency User has to send a proposal with Product Fulfillment enabled.
- Ensure that Shopify Product Fulfillment is toggled ON.
- On the right side of the screen, click Manage next to Shopify Product Fulfillment.
- Click Settings to set the flow for product fulfillment requests like price limits. You also have the option to hide prices of products from creators.
There are two ways you can send orders to Shopify. You can automatically send the order upon the creator's completion of the Product Fulfillment Request or after the Agency Users review it and submit it to Shopify.
By default, the Send Orders Directly to Shopify After Influencer Selection toggle is OFF. This means that you must manually approve all Product Fulfillment Requests completed by creators before the order is sent to Shopify. Learn more about Manual Order Creation in this article.
If this feature is toggled ON, orders are immediately sent to Shopify following the Proposal's acceptance. You can leave this feature off to audit creator's delivery addresses or to ensure product variety among creators. Order configurations impact the Product Fulfillment Flow. It's recommended to send the order to Shopify shortly after the creators fill in their preferences.

You can also decide the maximum number of products creators can select and limit how much creators can spend on products.
How do I add products?
To add a product to a proposal, open your Campaign Settings and navigate to the Creator Flow tab. Click the gear icon next to Shopify Product Fulfillment to access the Products section. You can also scroll on the right-hand panel to Shopify Product Fulfillment and click Manage.
