Recruit Overview

Recruit allows influencer marketing (IM) teams to easily create, brand, and publish dedicated creator application pages in minutes—no code required. It’s designed as a compliment to your proactive search and outreach/recruitment process,providing a professional, customizable way to collect applications or hand-raises from potential creators who already express interest in working with you. Create as many pages as you need and launch by brand, region or campaign, whatever your use case.
Once published, you can link the application page on socials, your website, send to customers in your CRM or send to influencers as they message you in DMs.. All submissions flow directly into Creator Lists where you can vet each submission and qualify creators for partnership.
Accessing Recruit
- From the home screen, click More.
- Click Recruit.
Creating a New Application Page
- In the upper right-hand corner, click New Application Page.
- You will have two options:
- Start with a template: Choose this option to utilize a pre-built structure. The system automatically pulls high-engagement images from your socials (based on the social profile associated with the Workspace you’re creating the page in.to use as cover photos and includes pre-built questions based on industry best practices.
- Generate Application page with AI: Use AI to quickly generate an experience with questions tailored to the use case you’ve prompted in the builder.
- The Brand Profile will be pre-populated in the builder based on the Workspace you’re working in. It can be changed.
- Prompt the system like you would any LLM with information about your page goals and ideal influencer characteristics. The system will create custom questions for the application based on the information you provide.
Fun Fact: You can create multiple pages tailored to different brands your organization owns, geographies, marketing campaigns, whatever your use case.
After generating, you’ll receive a full application page experience that can now be quickly customized.
Customizing and Designing Your Page
- Changing Copy: Copy throughout the experience is editable by using the editor in the right panel of the screen. Above is an example of the landing page title and supporting copy, but the behavior is consistent throughout the builder.
- Updating Cover Images: Cover images (the large picture on each page) are automatically pulled in from the social profile associated with the page. They can be updated by tapping the “x” on the upper right hand corner of the image icon in the page editor in the right panel. You’ll then be prompted to upload a different image of your choice. Images should be 0.8:1 aspect ratio and at least 720x900px resolution.
- Customizable Questions: The pre-built questions are customizable.
- To edit a question, tap inside the question box. Then, navigate back to the editor in the right panel where you can update question text and response selections (for multiple choice).
- You can add or remove questions from any page of the application form. To add a question, tap Add Questions at the bottom of the page and select from one of the available question types. To remove a question, click the inside of a question then tap the ellipses to remove.
- Contact Info Requirement: A page for collecting contact information is required for every application form.
- Managing Pages:. To remove or hide a page, hover over the page image in the left panel, click the ellipses and select Hide or Delete.
- Branding and Design: Click the Design button to update colors, fonts, and logos to match your brand identity. If you enter your brand’s website in the AI builder, our system will reference design elements from your website to infer colors and fonts.
- To update color elements within the experience, simply enter your brand’s hex codes.
- Google’s font library is available for copy across Recruit pages. You can update text by searching for your brand’s preferred font within the font tab. We’re unable to enter custom fonts at this time if your preferred font is not available.
- Logos and favicons can also be updated. For the favicon, a square image is preferred (ex 32x32)
Publishing and Sharing
- Page Settings: Navigate to Page Settings to access your URL.
- A complimentary URL is automatically generated with a Recruit sub-domain.
- You can also purchase and provide your own custom domain and enter it into the . The system will produce DNS keys. Copy them and provide to your IT team to append to the domain’s DNS records. In the example below, we’ve created a sub domain for this page. You might follow a similar convention for your organization’s custom domain.
Managing Submissions
- Submissions Tab: Click the Submissions tab at the top of the screen to view all answers submitted through the form.
- Integrating with Creator Lists: To better view and vet for potential matches, you can link the application page responses to as many new or existing Creator Lists as you’d like
By linking Recruit pages to Creator Lists, you’ll have the added benefit of assessing creator responses alongside their performance data (for ex IG ER), Brand Fit Score, Brand Safety and more.
You can add Recruit questions in as columns by navigating to the title of your Recruit page (under “Profile Custom Fields”) and selecting the questions you’d like to add. Then, filter to specific responses to drill down to the creators who’ve answered questions a particular way. Use these responses to qualify partners for specific brands or campaigns.
Deleting/Unpublishing and Submissions
Q: If a recruit page is deleted or unpublished, what happens to the submissions? Is there a way to remove the page while keeping the submissions intact?
A: If the page is unpublished, the Recruit submissions remain intact. If the page is deleted, the Recruit submissions are deleted, though the creators remain on the linked Creator List.
