Hi, my name is LJ Ventura and I'm excited to walk you through setting up an influencer marketing campaign in this Sprout Bites video. If you're managing multiple creators, this workflow will save you hours of manual tracking and ensure your data is always precise. To start, head into the campaign section. You can organize your campaigns into folders by specific quarters or campaign collections by clicking New Folder, or you can hit New Campaign for a standalone campaign — which is what we'll do today. First, give your campaign a name. Pay close attention to the start and end date, as these are vital — the system uses them to pull in posts based on their publication date, ensuring you're only measuring content that goes live during your active window. Next is currency, which is typically set during the initial phase to track creator fees and any costs tied to Shopify product fulfillment. Select the currency you'll be using for your payouts. Then identify your brand profile — setting this correctly tells the system which brand mentions to monitor for your campaign. Don't forget to hit Add. Next, let's refine our settings. Click on Settings and then the Monitoring section. This is where you tell Sprout exactly how to tag a post as part of this campaign. Since we have start and end times already indicated, you can be precise — this is very helpful if one campaign ends the same day a new one starts. For example, this campaign starts at 12:00 noon, so we can set that here. Brand mentions are automatically pulled based on the profile you chose, but you can toggle this off if you'd prefer to focus exclusively on other identifiers like specific keywords. You can also add hashtags or keywords as identifiers, and you can activate AND logic. For instance, if a creator must tag @SproutCoffee and use the hashtag #SpringBrew, the system will only capture posts that meet both criteria. To set this up, click Add Row for AND logic, then use the @ sign to identify a handle and find the Sprout Coffee Co handle from there. This is incredibly useful if you partner with the same influencer repeatedly and need to differentiate which campaign their post belongs to — keeping your reporting clean and automated. Don't forget to hit Save. Your campaign is now configured to automatically track every relevant creator post. Try setting up your next campaign with these monitoring details to see the insights roll in.
