Competitor Reports

There are two competitor-focused reports available in the platform:

Brand Mentions Report

This report shows everything creators have posted for you and your competitors whenever a brand is mentioned.

This report is best used when you and your competitors share the same market and offer similar products or services. It helps you understand your influencer strategy compared to theirs.

Examples:

  • Comparing different cruise lines’ overall influencer strategy
  • Nestlé and Hershey’s, since they are in the same market and sell similar products

Product Line Report

This report is similar to Brand Mentions but includes an additional keyword layer.

It shows:

  • All times creators posted about you and your competitors, and
  • Times creators posted about specific products or services using keywords

This is useful when you and your competitors share a market, but some offerings differ.

Examples:

  • Comparing cruise lines overall, while specifically analyzing “Family Cruise” trends
  • Nestlé and Hershey’s when focusing specifically on “Chocolate” as the competitive product

Key Insights from Competitor & Product Line Reports

  1. Identify top-performing influencer categories
  2. Create benchmarks by platform, content type, and creators
  3. Compare share of voice against competitors
  4. Visually identify best-performing content

Keyword Reports

(Single Topic & Industry Topic Reports)

These reports allow you to uncover social insights using keywords, hashtags, phrases, and mentions.

Single Topic Report

Allows you to generate one strong report containing all keywords in a single dataset.

This is an easy setup that delivers quick, high-impact insights.

Example:
In the beverage industry, you could create a single topic report that looks for:

  • “Soda”
  • “Sparkling water”
  • “Juice”

This would generate one combined report with results across all three beverage types.

Industry Topic Report

This is a multi-topic report that splits keywords into separate groups, allowing you to measure the impact of each group across social platforms.

Example:
Using the beverage industry again:

  • Group 1: “Soda”
  • Group 2: “Sparkling water”
  • Group 3: “Juice”

The tool searches the same keywords as before but breaks them out into groups to measure performance separately.

Key Insights from Keyword Reports

  1. Identify what brands are being mentioned alongside your keywords
  2. Find top-performing influencers
  3. Understand audience demographics
  4. Analyze volume and engagement across platforms

Creator Discovery Report

This report helps you find highly specific creators based on what they’ve posted in their captions.

You can refine results using filters such as:

  • Age
  • Gender
  • Location
  • Audience demographics
  • Platform and content type

Example:
This report is best used when you need creators to have mentioned a specific product, service, event, or keyword.

For example:

  • You are attending an event and want to find creators who have posted about that event so you can invite them to your booth.
  • You want lifestyle creators who post Reels, have a specific audience location or age range, and are active on a certain platform.

💡 Tip on using Search:
If you don’t have a very specific keyword, you can describe the type of creator you’re looking for using our Search function instead. This will use AI to analyze post context (not just keywords) and surface creators that align with your search.

Key Insights

  1. Find very niche creators
  2. Identify top-performing content
  3. Understand influencer locations and audience demographics

Profile Group Analysis Report

This report helps you analyze and compare creator profiles side by side.

Example:
You’ve previously identified creators and want to determine who is the best fit for an upcoming campaign. You can:

  • Add a creator list, or
  • Manually enter creator profiles

The report highlights performance and content metrics side by side, giving you a holistic view of each creator’s analytics to support better campaign decisions.
