Hi, I'm Joseph. In this Sprout Bites video, I'm going to walk you through the payments dashboard within Sprout Social Influencer Marketing. Although paying influencers is probably one of the last steps, it's arguably one of the most important, and that's why we've created a number of different ways for you to easily and compliantly pay influencers from your Sprout Influencer account.

The first thing we're going to want to do is connect our different payment options. Under Integrations, you'll see the two partners we have: PayPal, a globally recognized name in the payment space, and Lumanu, an influencer-specialized payment solution we have a strategic partnership with. Once we have those two connected, we can head over to the payments dashboard.

Within the overview of our payments dashboard, we're able to see everything in one place — the total number of payments we've made, the total number of vendors or creators we've onboarded, and the number of payments we've executed.

Starting with Approvals, this is where you'll see and review all of the scheduled drafts and pending payments across all of your campaigns. It's also where your finance team can come to execute or give the green light to those pending payments. Within Payment History, this is a full breakdown of all the payments that have already happened, and it's also where your finance team will come to reconcile — essentially an audit trail of all the payments we've agreed to. Lastly is Vendor Status. We've connected our Lumanu and/or PayPal account to Sprout Influencer, and the influencers need to do the same. So we've created this easy dashboard so you can see the status of those connections — yellow means they've already been proactively invited to connect their accounts, and green means they've already completed it.

So that's the dashboard. Now, how do we go about scheduling a payment or creating a draft? We want to head over to one of our campaigns. Within here, we can see all of our creators. If they're already connected, it's very easy to schedule a payment. If not, we can use this creator as an example — we have templated messages you can send to influencers, inviting them to set up their account with either PayPal or Lumanu.

Once they've done that, on the right-hand side, you'll scroll down to Payments, and that's where you're able to create a draft payment, whether it's with Lumanu or PayPal. If I'm creating a payment with Lumanu, I want to put in a couple of details — first, the amount I'm looking to pay the influencer, and when it's due. Once we've done that, we just hit Next, and that payment has now been scheduled as a draft.

Once I go back into my payments dashboard, I'm able to see all of the payments we've just set up. For example, this one — we can see when I created it, the action that's needed, and which campaign it was part of. And that's it: the easiest way to pay your creators and keep all of your tracking in one spot. Go ahead and link up your PayPal and Lumanu accounts today so your creators get paid on time for all the great work they do.
