Creator Import Guide
Table of Contents
This guide will walk through how to add your creators in bulk to a creator list or campaign. This will help you save time moving all your data to the platform.
Part 1: Format your file
Your file should be a CSV (.csv) with the following columns, in this order:
* At least one profile is required from the following networks: Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or Snapchat. Creators must be on at least one of these platforms, but they don't need to be on all of them. For example, you can add a creator who only has an Instagram account, but not one who only has a LinkedIn account.
| Column | What goes here |
| Instagram * | Full Instagram profile URL (e.g. https://www.instagram.com/username). |
| X * | Full X (Twitter) profile URL. |
| YouTube * | Full YouTube channel URL. |
| Facebook * | Full Facebook profile/page URL. |
| TikTok * | Full TikTok profile URL. |
| Snapchat * | Full Snapchat profile URL. |
| Twitch | Full Twitch channel URL. |
| Full Pinterest profile URL. | |
| Full Linkedin profile URL. |
Files can contain a maximum of 1,000 rows per import. If your creator list is larger, split it into multiple files and import them separately.

Formatting checklist
1. Use the exact column names.
Column headers must be spelled as shown, and placed in the exact same order. Mismatched headers are a common cause of import errors.
2. Enter full URLs, not just handles.
Each platform column should contain the complete profile link (for example https://www.instagram.com/creatorname), not just “@creatorname” or a display name. If you're pasting a hyperlinked name from another document, make sure the actual URL is visible in the cell — not hidden behind linked text.
3. Leave platforms blank if not applicable.
If a creator isn't on a given platform, just leave that cell empty. Don't write “N/A” or “none.”
4. Only one URL per platform.
Each platform column can only hold a single profile link — don't list multiple URLs in the same cell. If a creator has more than one account on the same platform, choose the one you want imported.
5. One row per creator.
Each creator should have exactly one row with all of their platform links across the columns.
6. Only Creator or Business accounts are supported.
The system can only add Creator or Business accounts. Personal accounts won't be able to be added to the system.

Import Creators
7. Choose where to import.
You can add creators in bulk to:
- Creator Lists
- Campaign — open the relevant campaign and go to Creators.
8. Select “+ Add Creators,” top right.
9. Import via CSV.
Select the “Import via CSV” option and upload your formatted file.
10. The platform will process your creators. If a handle couldn't be found, or a creator doesn't have a Creator/Business account, the platform will display that information next to the affected profile.
11. Once completed, you can check your creator list or campaign to see your newly added creators.
