What is the Outgoing Email Limit?

Table of Contents

Every Influencer Marketing customer has a monthly Outgoing Email Limit. It caps how many emails your team can send to creators from the platform, so your messages keep landing in inboxes instead of spam folders. Each customer can send up to 3,500 emails in a rolling 30-day period.

Why is there an Outgoing Email Limit?

Influencer Marketing is built to help you build real relationships with creators, not to run mass email outreach. If too many emails are marked as spam, email providers may start treating our domain as untrustworthy, and your emails can land in spam.

When does my limit reset?

There's no single reset day. The limit is always calculated over the last 30 days, so each day, emails you sent 30 days ago drop off your total, and that room opens up again.

What happens if I reach the limit?

- A pop-up tells you no additional emails can be sent, and a message appears at the bottom of Messenger and the creator thread.
- If the creator has opted in to platform messages, your message is still delivered in the platform. Only the email isn't sent.

How can I make the most of my limit?

- Focus outreach on creators who are a strong fit for your campaign.
- Authenticate your sending domain.
- Keep your creator list clean to reduce bounces.
