Influencer Marketing: Payments Dashboard

Table of Contents

The Payments Dashboard serves as a centralized financial reconciliation dashboard for enterprise clients. To navigate to the Payments Dashboard, in the left side menu, click More > Payments

The dashboard is broken into five primary sub-tabs:

  • Overview: Displays macro-metrics including total payments processed and total vendors onboarded. This section aggregates financial data across all payment methods, including PayPal, Lumanu, and off-platform workflows.
    • Total Payments Processed: The total dollar amount processed across all providers.
    • Vendors Onboarded: Number of creators who have completed provider setup.
    • Total Payments Count: Number of individual payments made.
    • Approvals Summary: Counts by state (Draft, Pending, Errors, Completed) with a shortcut to the Approvals tab.
    • Payment Activities: An activity feed so you can audit what changed and when.
  • Approvals: Built for internal compliance. Campaign coordinators can set a transaction as a Payment Draft. A manager or finance team member can then view all drafts in this tab and click Pay Now to release funds without entering individual campaigns. Filters include:
    • Campaign
    • Currency
    • Status Details
  • Payments History: A complete ledger of all historical payouts, filterable by vendor type and platform.
  • Vendors: A directory mapping IM creators to their financial profiles. In this tab, "Vendors" are "Creators."
  • Lumanu Finances: Allows finance teams to fund campaigns via a single consolidated invoice. Click here to learn more about funding your Lumanu wallet.
  • Payment Providers: Shows connections to Paypal and Lumanu. Allows teams to enable and disable connections.
