Influencer Marketing: Paying with Lumanu

Lumanu is the best choice for organizations requiring enterprise-level AP infrastructure and global tax compliance. It serves as a single vendor, meaning your finance team only needs to manage one vendor record (Lumanu) rather than individual records for every creator. 

Additionally, Lumanu supports the entire tax lifecycle (including W9/W8 collection and 1099/1042-S generation) while providing dedicated creator support, handling all setup inquiries so your team doesn't have to.

To access Lumanu Finances, in the left side menu, click More > Payments

Lumanu Finances: Allows finance teams to fund campaigns via a single consolidated invoice.

  • Click Add Funds and complete the Invoice Details form (amount, title, and billing information).
  • Input the corporate finance contact's email; the system automatically routes a funding invoice request to their accounting system.
  • Once paid, the money lands in Unapplied Deposits.
  • Administrators must manually apply these deposits to specific workspaces to top up the "Available Balance" that campaign managers draw from
  • If you have multiple Lumanu Workspaces, you can select which one to manage from the dropdown menu. (Note, when authenticating Lumanu, you can select which Workspaces will appear in Influencer Marketing)
