Creator Interest via Instagram DM

Introducing Creator Interest via Instagram DMs — now available in Creator Lists. Every conversation a creator has ever started with your brand on Instagram is automatically collected into a single, always-current list. No setup, no manual imports, no switching between apps.

Connect your brand's Instagram accounts and watch the list populate instantly. Each row shows one conversation: who sent the last message, when, and a suggested next step — Reply when it's your turn, Follow up when you're waiting. Open any thread, read the full history, and respond right inside Sprout , choosing which of your connected Instagram accounts to reply from.

An AI-generated summary alongside each conversation captures what the creator is asking for: a gifting opportunity, a paid partnership pitch, or a PR list request: along with their content niche and audience snapshot. You can prioritize at a glance without opening a single thread. Filter by DM Account to focus on one brand handle at a time, or by Initiated by to separate creators who reached out from conversations your team started.

Creator Interest via Instagram DMs is available on all new Sprout Influencer Marketing plans; Standard, Professional, and Advanced. It requires at least one connected Instagram account. Learn more here.

Brand Safety 2.0

Brand Safety 2.0 in Sprout Social Influencer Marketing now goes beyond caption analysis. With Audio + Visual Brand Safety, you can evaluate creator content across images, video, and audio; not just text; to more confidently vet creators and protect your brand before or during a campaign.

Choose the depth of analysis that fits each situation. A First Pass report uses AI-powered semantic analysis of captions at no credit cost. Spotlight reports analyze captions, images, audio, and video across the last year of a creator's content. Complete reports provide the same multimodal depth across up to 10 years of history. Every flagged item includes supporting evidence: caption snippets, video timestamps, and image callouts; so you can quickly verify and make informed decisions.

Audio + Visual Brand Safety is available on all new Influencer Marketing pricing plans (Standard, Professional, and Advanced). Each plan includes a monthly allocation of Influencer Marketing Credits, with additional credit packs available for purchase directly in the product. Customers on legacy pricing packages will need to migrate to a new plan to access this feature.

To get started, navigate to a Creator Profile or Creator List and click Analyze to run your first report. For more information about plans and credit allocations, contact your account team and learn more here.

Introducing Workspace Keyword Groups

This release allows you to create and manage reusable keyword sets at the Workspace-level. Instead of recreating the same keyword sets over and over, build them once and use them across your Workspace wherever keyword filtering is supported -  including Reports, Campaign Summaries, and Profiles!

To create a new Workspace Keyword Group, simply navigate to Settings → Workspace → Keyword Groups and save any keywords, hashtags, and profile handles that you would like to apply as a filter to easily zoom in on the content that matters most.

You can also convert any existing keyword lists you have in your campaigns or reports if you'd like to have them available across your Workspace
